Cancellation Terms:

• Cancelation 30 days before check-in: 100% refund
• Cancelation less dan 30 days before check-in: No refund 



How to Cancel:

1. Log in to your account on our Guest Guide App
2. Go to your booking details.
3. Message us that you want to cancel the booking.
4. You will receive a cancelation confirmation from Marel Bliss Apartments

Additional Information:

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• Booking modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
